Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.75 cup
    Beans, white, 1.75 cup
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 3.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Dressing:
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Mix it all together. Add salt, pepper, spices to taste. Refrigerate for a few hours for flavors to blend.

Serving Size: Makes enough for party appetizer for 10-15 people or side dish for 6-8
