    2 cups, dark chocolate chips
    1 tablespoon, soy milk
    24 ounces of soft tofu (Silken is recommended)
    1 teaspoon, vanilla extract


How to make it

In a double broiler, melt the chocolate chips and soymilk, stirring occasionally until smooth.
In a blender or food processor, blend the tofu, vanilla, and chocolate mixture until smooth.
Pour into pie crust and let chill for 3-4 hours before serving. Makes 1 pie.
