Ingredients

    2.5 c rolled oats
    .5c steel cut oats
    2t baking powder
    .5t salt
    .5t pumpkin pie spice
    .5t cinnamon
    2c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 egg (or 1 chia egg) (3 egg whites)
    .5c cinnamon applesauce
    .33 greek yogurt
    2 large mashed bananans
    1c shredded coconut

Directions

preheat to 400.

stir dry ingredients. set aside
mix wet ingredients.
combine wet to dry ingredients.
then stir in banana, and then coconut.

pour into greased 9x13.
bake uncovered 20 mins.
stir.
bake another 20 minutes until lightly browned.

Spoon into bowls and enjoy! Add milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chocolate chips, or berries on top for extra garnish.
