Ingredients

    1 cup shredded or chopped cabbage
    1/2 fugi or gala apple (cut up wedges)
    1 heaping tablespoon cranraisins
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    1 tablespoon light mayonaise
    2 tsp. white vinegar (optional)

Directions

Mix prepared cabbage, apples, and cranraisins in medium sized bowl. In small bowl wisk milk, mayonaise, sugar, and vinegar. Then pour the liquid over the slaw. Stir gently, cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 2 3/4 cup servings
