Not overly sweet - great dessert. Not overly sweet - great dessert.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp flour
    3 cups rhubarb
    1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

    1-1/2 cups flour
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup rolled oats


Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream/topping.


Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine granulated sugar and 3 Tbsp flour. Add strawberries and rhubarb; mix well. Place mixture in 9x13 baking dish.
Combine remaining flour, brown sugar, oats and softened butter until crumbly. Crumble over top of rhubarb mixture.
Bake 45 minutes.
