    1 2 lb. chuck steak sliced in thin 1 strips
    1 cup soyvay very teriyaki sauce
    cup marsala wine
    4 tabs sesame seed oil
    2 red hot chilies thin sliced
    1 can sliced water chestnuts or use sliced jicama
    1 lb. fresh pea pods
    1 onion Chinese sliced with grain
    2 carrots julienned
    lb. fresh sliced crimini mushrooms
    2 tbs. arrowroot
    3 cloves garlic diced


My stir-fry recipes can be used for beef chicken or pork without changing ingredients unless going to sweet and sour or hot Aisian style


Soak meat in soy and wine and sesame seed oil several hours. Drain meat save marinade in fridge for sauce. Stir fry meat until browned remove to platter. Add mushrooms onion water chestnuts and carrots to wok. Stir-fry until starting to cook add to the meat heat through until desired doneness. Add arrowroot to marinade with and extra amount of wine if desired mix well add to meat mixture in wok until a clear gravy forms serve over saffron rice
