    1 lb ground beef
    14 oz can diced tomatoes
    15 oz can tomato sauce
    15 oz can kidney beans
    small onion
    2 chopped carrots
    2 cups chopped spinach


Brown beef, drain. Add onion and saute. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, kidney beans, carrots and spinach. Add chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, etc. Heat through and serve with corn bread (add cals accordingly).
