I use red /purple onion I use red /purple onion

    2-3 cups of Romaine Lettuce Torn
    1 Roma Tomato
    1/4 Cucumber peeled & cut up
    2 slices of purple/red onion separated into rings
    1-2 oz of Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

    1 T EVOO
    1-2 T lemon juice
    Dash of salt


I layer ingredients to my own preference.

Mix dressing up, pour over salad. (I dress my salad 2 hours before I eating.)
