    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tbsp ginger
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tsp curry powder
    1 cup greek yogurt
    5 tilapia filets (6 oz each)

    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1/2 cucumber, grated with peel
    1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
    1/4 tsp salt (opt)
    1/4 tsp pepper


Mix first set of ingredients for marinade. Coat fish and let sit for up to 4 hours in frig. Combine remaining to make sauce and refrigerate. Broil fish for 12 minutes total, turning once until firm and opaque throughout. Serve topped with yogurt sauce.

Serving Size: 5 filets with sauce
