    8 cups whole Wheat Penne
    1 jar of ragu
    5oz frozen corn,greenbean mix
    1lb of lean ground turkey
    1 zuchinni chopped into slices
    5oz low fat ricotta cheese

    cook pasta
    brown turkey

    after browning the turkey add sauce frozen veggies and pasta and ricotta cheese mix well

    pour into glass dish and layer with zuchinni top with fresh herbs and bake at 350 for 10 min
