Introduction

My Partner and I are dieting and I adapted this from another recipe, i just took out the egg yolks and oil and substituted another banana. My Partner and I are dieting and I adapted this from another recipe, i just took out the egg yolks and oil and substituted another banana.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3/4 Cups of Whole Grain Flour
    1 Cup of Oats
    4 Ripe Bananas (Better if over ripe)
    2 Egg Whites
    1 tsp of Cinnamon
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 Degrees
Mash all 4 bananas in a large bowl
Once lumps are removed add egg whites and whisk until light.
In another bowl combine the dry ingrediants
Add dry ingrediants to wet ingrediants and mix well but gently as otherwise the muffins will be tough
Once combined put into prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
