    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 Tbsp. italian seasoning
    3 cups cooked whole wheat pasta


1. Brown turkey and onion
2. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, basil and seasonings.
3. Simmer for 20 minutes
4 Add cooked pasta and serve.
