    1/2 pound Jimmy Dean sausage, original
    20 large white mushrooms
    1/2 cup minced onion


Pull stems out of mushrooms, set caps (tops) to the side. Mince the stems, removing the dried endings. Mince onion. Mix your raw sausage, onions, and chopped mushroom stems thoroughly, and stuff into the mushroom caps.

Cook at 375 F for approximately 20 minutes, let cool and enjoy as appetizers.
