Simple baked chicken drumsticks with skin. Simple baked chicken drumsticks with skin.
Number of Servings: 4


    1/4 c flour
    4 drumsticks
    1 Tbsp butter
    salt, pepper, herbs to taste


1) Thaw chicken, if needed
2) Preheat oven to 375*
3) Sprinkle salt, pepper, &/or other herds to taste
4) Dredge chicken with flour
5) Place in pan and top each piece with butter ~ 1/4 T per piece
6) Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes at 375*

Serving Size: makes 4 drumsticks
