Healthy take on Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger style.
Only 7 WW points per serving.

Number of Servings: 8

1 pound of 93% Lean ground beef
    1 cup diced onion
1-12 oz box of Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate
    8 oz Velveeta - cubed
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
1 can healthy request cream of celery
Season with your choice of spices. I use salt, pepper and garlic and onion powder.
    1 cup reserved pasta water

You can add 2 cups broccoli florets or for a mexican spin add a can of rotel tomatoes.

In a large non stick skillet cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is translucent, drain and rinse with HOT water and return to skillet. Add your seasoning, worcestershire, cream of celery and velveeta. While ground beef is cooking prepare pasta to al dente per directions on box, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water. Toss pasta with ground beef mixture and add enough pasta water to thin it out, 1/2 cup or so. Pour mixture into 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for about 30 min. Until cheese is melted and the top is just starting to brown.

Serving Size: 1/8 of a 13x9 dish
