Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups crushed Vanilla Wafers
    1 cup finely chopped walnuts
    1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 TBSP Dark corn syrup
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/4 cup rum

Directions

put vanilla wafers and walnuts into food processor and process until it is a fine powder. Transfer to bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined, roll into balls and then roll in additional powdered sugar. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but over night is better.
