Ingredients

    6 TBS. Walnut Oil
    3 Large Eggs
    1 tsp. Raw Honey

    1 Cup Flaxseed Meal
    1/4 Cup Arrowroot Flour
    1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat first three ingredients together.
Measure out second three ingredients and stir.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. The batter is thin so don't be surprised. Pour on parchment paper and rotate the paper so batter makes a large circle. Place in oven for 15 minutes.

Let cool completely before cutting into 12 'pizza' like slices. This bread is tough enough to use with toppings. I have very sharp knives so I can even slice the piece in half for sandwiches. (My fav...almond butter w/ ripe nanners;-)
