Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
3/4 cup frozen peaches, unsweetened
1/3 cup canned mandarin oranges in lite juice
1/2 banana
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp sugar

Enjoy! And experiment with flavors!
Directions
Add frozen fruit to blender and chop up with 'ice' setting. This will make the fruit small enough to blend. Add oranges and banana, then vanilla yogurt, milk and sweetener. Blend on 'smoothie' setting until it reaches a desirable consistency.
