Ingredients

    Atkins Baking Mix
    Splenda
    Brewer's Yeast
    Salt
    Eggs
    Water
    Olive Oil

Tips

Preheat Oven between 150 and 170 degrees for bread raising. Turn Oven off after preheat.
*Also remember that 1/3 Cup of Atkins is a Serving so you need (9)- 1/3 cup of the mix.
**Also can be Frozen for 1 month


Directions

3 Cups of Very Warm Tap water into a Steel Mix Bowl and let the Bowl Warm up, Then put in Yeast. Let Yeast set undisturbed for 5 mins. Then turn on your mixer with your bread hook on low setting. Pour in the first 3 Cups of your Atkins Baking Mix. Mix Until it is fully mix up.
Next cover your bowl with towel and place in oven for 1.5 hours.
At the end of the last half hour Mix up Eggs, Splenda, Salt and 2 tbsp Oil.
Next, Take your Bowl out of the oven and put back under your Mix with your Bread Hook attachment on. Turn on slow, pour Egg mixture in and Mix slowly in your Bread mixture. Next add your remaining Atkins Baking Mix (3 Cups) into your Bread Bowl. Knead for 10 minutes slowly adding the remaining Atkins' Flour. As Mixture begins to stick add your remaining oil.
After 10 minutes take Bread Bowl and Cover with towel and let rise undisturb another hour.
After a hour, Take out Bread Bowl and Preheat oven for 350 degrees.
Next spray 2 bread pans with pam or cooking spray. Take out Bread Bowl and seperate into 2 loafs and place in Bread Pans. Place in bread in over for 1 hour and bake.
After baking remove from bread from pans onto a wire rack to cool. Enjoy

    Only thing I would say - it is a recipe for disaster. Absolutely clueless - a total waste of my time and money, it doesn't have amount of ingredients so we have to guess how many eggs to use and how much yeast to use , how much of anything. As for the instructions - confusing and unclear
