Ingredients

    1 c. Sugar free smooth peanut butter
    1 -1 /2 c. Splenda
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix ingredients by hand. Roll into 18 .8 oz. balls.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Place balls on sheet use fork to press criss cross hatched patter. Dip for into Splenda as you are pressing ball. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool on rack
