Ingredients

    8 eggs (discard the yolk of 3)
    3 oz of Non fat plain Greek Yogurt
    2 tbsp Fat free Mayo
    1/2 avocado, cubed
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    2 sliced cooked turkey bacon
    2 tbsp Mustard
    1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, celery, garlic powder, pepper and salt in a medium bowl.
Halve eggs and discard 3 of the yolks (or save for another use). Add whites and the remaining 5 yolks to the bowl and mash to desired consistency. Gently stir in avocado and bacon.
