    1 to 1.5 lb 93% lean ground turkey
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1/2 tbs oregano
    1/4 tsp basil
    8 oz macaroni or penne
    1 c reduced fat sour cream
    4 oz shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese


1. In skillet combine ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Brown meat over medium high heat. Drain and return to pan.

2. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25-30 minutes.

3. Meanwhilie cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and pour into 13X9X2 inch baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in sour cream.

4. Pour meat mixture over noodles in pan. Sprinkle cheese over top.

5. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
