    1 cup salsa
    1/4 cup chili sauce
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    6.5 oz can crab meat, drained
    2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
    2 cups reduced fat cheddar and montery jack cheese mix
    8 flour tortillas (8 inch)


Heat oven to 350. Mix salsa, sauce, and seasoning. Pour 1/4 cup into bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan sprayed with PAM. Set aside another 1/4 cup mixture for the top. Add crab, spinach, and 1 cup of the cheese to the remaining sauce in the bowl and mix. Fill the tortillas with the crab mixture and place seam side down in the pan. Add a little water to the remaining sauce and pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
