    Chicken Thighs
    Bay Leaf
    Sour Cream (Low Fat)
    Cream of Mushroom (98% Fat Free)


Boil Chicken in seasoned water. We seasoned the water with salt, paprika and a bay leaf. Boil for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is boiling prepare rice as directed on package. Make as much or as little as you desire. We used the amounts stated in the ingredients list ( 2 cups rice, 4 cups water.)

Mix two cans of cream of mushroom soup with 1 small tub of sour cream. Stir in the cooked rice. I mixed this all together in the casserole dish I intended to use.

Place chicken on top of Rice. Season as desired. I used more paprika, salt and pepper.

Broil for 15 minutes in oven. Enjoy!
