Introduction

Ingredients

    **** Each 1.9 cups ingredients = one 15 oz. can size ***

Tips

- USED ITALIAN SAUSAGE (can substitute GROUND BEEF)
- can use white kidney beans instead of red
- used President's Choice blue brand Taco
Seasoning (one entire package)

*** SERVE WITH TOSTITO'S CUP STYLE TACO CHIPS
USED AS A SPOON ***


Directions

In fry pan, brown meat with taco seasoning, chopped onion, celery & green peppers breaking up meat as much as possible. Drain.

In a 3.5 to 4 quart size slow cooker, combine meat mixture, taco seasoning mix, undrained tomatoes, undrained beans and undrained corn.

Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
