    Coconut Oil, 3 tbsp(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 medium(remove)
    *Coconut Milk, 3 tbsp(remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp(remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp(remove)
    Baking Powder, .25 tsp(remove)
    coconut flour, 3 tbsp(rem


Can use butter instead of coconut oil and water instead of milk


Blend together eggs, coconut oil, coconut milk and vanilla extract,combine the baking powder with thecoconut flour then sift into micture, stir until there are no lumps. Grease 6 muffin cases and fill with the mixture and bake on gas mark six for 15mins
