    1 1/4 oz mushrooms
    1/2 onions(medium)
    1 cup egg substitute
    1 oz cheese-shedded(low-fat)
    1 slice bread-whole wheat

    1. Dice oninons.Spray pan w/cooking spray.Saute mushrooms w/ onions until softened. Pour in egg substitute and stir to scramble. Top w/shredded cheese.

    2. Serve w/ wheat toast
