    1 can Hearts of Palm
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbl chopped chives
    1 clove chopped garlic


Wisk lemon juice, dijon mustard and garlic, slowly drizzle oil, mix in hearts of palm and chives and refrigerate until serving.
