    7oz- Chicken Breast (cooked)
    8tsp- Chicken Bullion
    8cups- Water
    5oz- Leeks
    8oz- Baby Carrots
    16oz- Cabbage
    16oz- Tofu Shirataki- Fettucine Shape
    10oz- Zucchini
    2tsp- Chili Garlic Sauce


1. Fill a crockpot with 8 cups of warm water. Slowly stir in the Chicken Boullion until dissolved.
2. Chop the chicken, leeks, carrots, zucchini, and cabbage to your desired size. Add to crockpot along with the chili garlic sauce.
3. Cook on low for approximately 7 hours.
4. Open the tofu shirataki and drain out the liquid.
5. Place the tofu shirataki in a colander and rinse VERY WELL under running water. (I rinse mine for a good 5 minutes to remove that lime juice!). 6. While rinsing, cut the shiratki using kitchen shears. Trust me on this- those noodles are way too long for a soup!
7. Add the tofu shirataki to the crockpot. It will be warmed through within a few minutes.

Serving size= Approx 2 cups. 5 servings in recipe.
