    1 Tbsp oilive oil
    6 Eggs
    1 Cup sliced mushrooms
    4 Slices Canadian Bacon, sliced into peices
    2% Shredded cheese


Don't heat pan too high or oil will smoke.


Heat oil in pan.
Cook mushrooms about 5 minutes, until slightly golden.
Add canadian bacon, stir around until hot.
Add beaten eggs and cook.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over top, and serve when melted.
