    Juice of 1.5 Oranges (.75 cup)
    1.5 Tbsp Gluten-free Tamari
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch
    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast, thinly sliced
    2 - 4 Cloves Garlic (to taste)
    2 tsp diced Ginger
    2 tbsp Sesame Oil
    .25 Cup Sliced Onions
    1 Sarrano Chili (optional)
    Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
    .25 sweet Red Pepper sliced
    .25 Green Pepper sliced
    5 Mushrooms chopped
    1- 10 oz package Frozen Broccoli

1. In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, Tamari and Cornstarch.
2. In a hot skillet or wok, cook the chicken breast in 1/4 of a cup of the orange juice mixture until cooked through
3. Add Sesame oil to the same pan and cook the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the onions and hot peppers to the pan, after a few minutes, add the frozen broccoli and finish with the sweet peppers and Mushrooms. Add the remaining liquid and then cook for another 5 - 8 minutes until the desired texture of the vegetables is reached. Serve over brown rice.
