I decided to experiment tonight. I decided to experiment tonight.
Number of Servings: 8


    -1 can, 15 oz solid pack pumpkin
    -10 T Fat Free sweetened condensed milk
    -1/4 C fat free (skim) milk
    -1 T Pumpkin Pie spice

    -2 large eggs, beaten


---Mix the pumpkin and spice mix together well. Add the sweetened milk and regular milk and mix again. Then add the beaten eggs and mix again.

---Pour ingredients into desired baking dish and cook at 425 degree PREHEATED OVEN for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and then cook another 30 min.. Let cool and enjoy.

---Makes 8 servings.
