    1 C. Oatmeal (regular or instant)
    1 C. Egg Beaters
    3/4 C. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    1/4 C. mashed bananas
    3 packets Splenda
    1/2 tsp. banana extract
    Sprinkle of cinnamon (if desired)
    Butter Flavor PAM


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cook in heated waffle iron lightly coated with Butter Flavored PAM.
