    -1 lb Pork Chops (Boneless) cut into strips
    -1 bunch of asparagus cut into 1in pieces
    -1 yellow squash, thickly sliced
    -1 bell pepper chopped
    -1 sweet yellow onion
    -2 cloves minced garlic
    -1 tsp red pepper flakes
    -4 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    -1 TBS Soy Sauce
    -1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar


1.) Heat 2 TBS of olive oil over high heat in pan or wok. Saute garlic and pepper flakes until garlic is golden
2.) Add the meat strips and cook until done. Remove from pan and set aside
3.) Keeping pan over high heat, add remaining olive oil. Cool all vegetables in oil until onion is slightly soft and asparagus is bright green (about 4 mins)
4.) Return meat to pan and add soy sauce and vinegar
5.) Cook all ingredients for a few more minutes stirring often
