    1 oz. farmer cheese (J & J brand)
    1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (Haolam brand)
    3/8 cup pasta sauce (Gefen brand)

partially cook lasagna noodles, cut each into three parts.Place two pieces in small oven proof dish, cover with 1/8 cup sauce, half the cheese, another layer of 2 noodle pieces, 1/8 cup sauce, rest of cheese, final layer of noodles and rest of sauce, cover dish and bake until done, maybe 1/2 hour
