Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    1 cup unbleached white flour
    3/4 cup dark brown sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup coconut oil
    2 eggs 1 Tbsp water
    1 tsp almond extract
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Melt coconut oil in bowl in micro 30 seconds. Add eggs, water, extracts. Add dry ingredients. Mix and form into 40 balls on ungreased cookies sheets. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake #350* 14 min or until brown on bottom.
