    2 tablespoons fish sauce
    2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
    3 tablespoons agave nectar
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

    1 pound pre-cooked chicken breast slices
    6 cups bagged coleslaw mix
    4 scallions
    1 ruby red grapefruit
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Mix dressing and toss in half with slaw and scallions. Toast seeds. Slice chicken and cut grapefruit into skinless sections. Serve on top of slaw, drizzle remaining dressing over the top and garnish with herbs and toasted seeds.
