    2 frozen Swai filets (approx 4 oz each)
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 cup flour
    2 tablespoon of Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper
    1 tsp lemon juice (optional)


You can use I can't believe its not butter instead of olive oil.


Wash fish and pat dry with paper towel. Heat olive oil in non stick skillet over medium high heat.

Brush flour over both sides of fish on a plate. Season one side of filet and quickly place it season side down in skillet. Then season the top of the filets with lemon pepper and sprinkle lemon juice over them.

Fry each side about 4 minutes on high heat.
Fish will be opaque when done, and easily flaked with the spatula. The sides should both look golden and crispy.

Serving Size: Makes 2 four oz servings.
