Low Carb Beanless Chili

Canned Tomatoes 14.5 oz 2 cans
Tomatoe Sauce 8 oz 2 cans
Butter 4 tbls
Ground Beef 2 lbs
Ground Sausage 1 lbs
Celery 1-2 stalks
Onions 1 qtr chopped
Spices (to taste):
Pico de Gallo
I like to use canned tomatoes that have green chilis or fire roasted (or both kinds!). And I like to do one can of plain tomato sauce and one El Pato Mexican style sauce.
Can be topped with scallions, avocado, salsa or cheese!
Add celery and onion to butter and cook for 5 minutes.
Add all tomato product to pot and seasonings (to taste). Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes.
Drain meat and add meat to pot. Simmer for approx. 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 10 good size servings
