Ingredients

    1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Whey: French Vanilla Creme
    8 oz Fat free milk
    1 cup (handful) fresh spinach
    1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1/4 cup (small handful) quick oats
    .5 medium Banana
    1.5 cups ice

Tips

You don't taste the spinach over the peanut butter and banana. It's there for the lovely green color and the nutrients.
