    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Danone Fat Free Yogurt, 250 gram(s)
    Baking Soda, 1 tbsp
    Feta Cheese, 250 grams
    Butter, Country Crock Spreadable, 1 stick (~125 g)
    Flour, white, 1 cup (~120 g)
    Filo dough, half a package


Mix the eggs, yogurt and the baking soda well. Add the flour, cheese and the melted butter. Leave one cup of the mixture aside. Spread some mixture over each filo leaf and roll the leafs. Arrange the rolls like a spiral in a round baking tray. Spread the remaining mixture over the rolls. Bake on high temperature.

Serving Size: makes 8 or 12 servings
