    1/2 cup green lentils
    1/2 cup brown rice
    2 large carrots
    4 radishes
    2 ribs celery
    1/4 cup currants
    1/4 cup walnuts
    4 cups mixed greens


1. cook rice and lentils accroding to package directions. Set aside to cool. While the rice and lentils are cooking, prep the rest of your ingredients.
2. assemble all ingredients in a large bowl, toss and serve
