    7 oz chicken breast, no skin
    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    8 oz of frozen peas
    4 oz Ronzoni Smart Balance Thin Spaghetti
    1/2 cup reduced fat cheese
    1/2 corn flakes


Slice chicken into 1 inch cubes and cook in a fry pan sprayed with Pam...season to taste, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder until no longer pink.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions to al dente
In a casserole dish, combine soup, and onion powder (could use chopped onion too) then add spaghetti, chicken and peas...sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes.
Cook in 350 degree oven, 25 minutes until warmed through.
