    4.25 cups flour
    1.25 cups water
    .75oz yeast
    .25 cups oil
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp. corn syrup

    1 cup sauce
    1 pound mozzzarella cheese
    40 slices pepperoni
    3 mushrooms, sliced thin
    1 bell pepper, sliced thin


Baking on a preheated pizza stone will result in a crispier crust.


Combine first set of ingredients. Knead 10 minutes. Allow to rest 3-4 hours or over night in the fridge.Preheat oven to 500'F. Divide dough into 2 balls. Knead each into a smooth ball. Rest 5 minutes. Roll out to desired thickness. Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake at 500' for 10 minutes
