A good sauce for pasta or chicken A good sauce for pasta or chicken
Number of Servings: 4


    1 tblsp olive oil
    4 1/2 c. mushrooms- can use assorted or your personal favorites
    1 cup drained bottled roasted red sweet peppers
    salt and pepper to taste


Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook 3-4 minutes or until tender, stir occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve over pasta or meat.

Serving Size: 4 servings
