Ingredients

    2 cups fresh mint
    2 cups fresh coriander
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/4 cup coconut milk
    5 cloves garlic
    1" piece of ginger
    2 green chillies
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lime juice

Directions

Remove leaves from mint stalks and roots from coriander. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend top a fine paste
