Ingredients

    4 ounces unsweeted chocolate, chopped
    2 tbsp oil
    3 eggs
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup powdered stevia (or other sugar substitute)
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 ounce pretzel sticks
    1 cup fat free caramel sauce (like Smucker's)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350* F and grease a 9x13 in pan. In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate and oil on HIGH at 30 second intervals until completely melted; set aside. In a large bowl, blend together the eggs, sugar, stevia, and applesauce; slowly stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Stir in the whole wheat flour and pour into the prepared pan. Distribute the pretzel sticks across the top and drizzle with the caramel sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is just set but the center is still slightly underdone. Allow to cool in the pan completely before slicing.
