    8 ounces skim milk
    6 ounces Chobani nonfat Greek yogurt, peach
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use MaxPro)
    3 ounces frozen peach slices
    2.5 ounces frozen mango cubes


MaxPro protein powder is sold at Max Muscle stores.


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 shake, approzimately 24 ounces
