Ingredients

    sweet potato (med.)
    banana (med)
    pumpkin pie spice (1 tbsp)

Directions

1. wash and pierce sweet potato and put in container with cover or roll in paper towel
2. place in microwave on high for 6 min.
3. cut open sweet potato, add banana and mash together with fork
4. sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top and serve

    This was delicious! I did add about a half tbsp of butter spread while mashing and used cinnamon instead of the pumpkin spice. Very yummy and very easy. - 2/20/08
