Ingredients

    1 McIntosh Apple - Diced
    1/2 Cup Steel Cut Oats(not instant, not rolled!!!)
    1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    Dash Sea Salt
    1 1/2 cups Water
    2 Tbls Extra Dark Brown Sugar

Tips

This WILL froth up and boil over, so make sure your rice maker is on a cookie sheet with sides to catch the run off :)


Directions

Add all ingredients to a rice maker, stir well, push the go button, come back when it says it's done, stir well, eat.

Serving Size: Makes 2 normal sized servings
